1:30-2:30 – Silent Meditation / Circle Check In / Intentions
2:30-3:00 – I AM I Ecstatic Dance Empowerment
3:00-4:00 *Radical Self-Ownership – Writing Activities / Discussion
4:00-5:00 – Mayan Incantation Nomatca Nehautl – External Exploration / Discussion
5:00-5:30  – Closing Circle for “Real” Life Integration

*Mid-break tea and snack included
